Please read the following Release Form carefully and provide the requested information prior to your arrival at your booked session.

This form needs to be completed for EACH and ALL people within your party who are involved with the photoshoot.

Model Release Form

The Touring Eye – Photography Services

This Model Release Form is a legal agreement between The Touring Eye ("Photographer") and the undersigned client ("Model"), governing the use of photographs taken during their photography session. By signing this form, the Model grants permission to the Photographer to use their images as outlined below.

1. PERMISSION TO USE IMAGES

The Model grants the Photographer full rights to use, edit, and distribute the images taken during the session, including but not limited to:

Marketing and Promotion (e.g., website, social media, print materials, exhibitions)
Commercial Use (e.g., advertising, sales, merchandise, digital/print media)
Portfolio and Editorial Use
Third-Party Publications (e.g., magazines, blogs, competitions)

The Model understands that images may be used in multiple formats, including print and digital. The Photographer agrees to take all reasonable steps to protect the Model's identity by excluding personally identifying information (such as full name, contact details, or any other sensitive information) when sharing or using the images.

2. RIGHTS AND WAIVERS

The Model waives any rights to compensation or royalties arising from the use of the images.
The Photographer retains full copyright and ownership of all images.
The Model understands that the images may be edited and modified at the discretion of the Photographer.
The Photographer agrees not to use images in any defamatory or misleading manner.

3. MODEL’S CONSENT AND UNDERSTANDING

The Model affirms they are over 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
The Model understands that once images are published, they may remain in circulation indefinitely.
The Model may request, in writing, to have specific images removed from future use, though previously published images cannot be retracted.
The Model will receive a copy of their chosen image/s in digital format (non-commercial only).

4. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

Personal information provided (name, contact details) will be stored securely and not shared with third parties.
The Photographer will comply with UK GDPR laws regarding data privacy and image use.
The Model may request access to their stored data and request its deletion if no contractual obligation prevents it.
