Thank you for booking a session with Elton Cilliers trading as The Touring Eye.

Please read the following Release Form carefully and provide ALL the requested information prior to your arrival at your booked session.

This form needs to be completed for EACH and ALL people within your party who are involved with the photoshoot.

The Touring Eye – Photography Consent & Image Release Form

This agreement is between The Touring Eye ("Photographer") and the undersigned individual ("Client") for the purpose of creating and using photographic images taken during a scheduled photography session.

1. Copyright & Image Ownership

All images taken during your session are the intellectual property of the Photographer, who retains full copyright and ownership. You may not reproduce, edit, or distribute the images for commercial purposes without written permission.

2. Image Use for Marketing & Promotional Purposes (Optional Consent)

We would love to showcase your images as part of our portfolio, promotional content, and creative projects. However, we fully respect your privacy and data rights.Please indicate your preferences below:

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@eltoncilliers.com. This will not affect the legality of any prior use based on your original consent.

3. Image Delivery

You will receive a digital copy of your chosen image(s) for personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use (e.g. resale, merchandise, publications) requires separate written agreement.

4. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

• The information you provide (e.g. name, contact details) will be stored securely and only used to manage your booking, deliver your images, and maintain legal records.

• No personally identifying information (e.g. full name, contact details) will be shared publicly alongside your image.

• You have the right to access, amend, or request deletion of your personal data, unless it is required for legal or contractual reasons.

• Biometric data (such as iris images) is treated with care in accordance with UK GDPR.
