Model Collaboration Application Form

Purpose:

This form collects the details of individuals applying to collaborate with Elton Cilliers / The Touring Eye on a “time-for-prints” (TFP) basis.

By submitting this form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

If you are an adult of 18 years or over, please ensure you complete this form and sign it YOURSELF. It is illegal for anyone to sign on behalf of another adult.

If you are a parent willing to allow your child to participate in a time for prints photoshoot, please complete and sign this form on behalf of your child. Please note that only a parent can sign on behalf of their child.

Photography Collaboration Terms

• Nature of Collaboration

  • This is a time-for-prints (TFP) arrangement.

  • No money changes hands between either party.

  • In exchange for your time, you will receive three (3) fully edited images for every hour of shooting time.

  • Additional edits may be offered at the photographer’s discretion.

• Usage Rights

  • You grant Elton Cilliers / The Touring Eye the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs taken during this collaboration for:

    
    

    • Social media and online galleries

    • Portfolio display

    • Website use

    • Promotional, editorial, and commercial purposes (including advertisements and print sales)

    
    

  • You understand and agree that these images may be cropped, retouched, colour graded, or otherwise edited for creative or promotional reasons.

  • You waive any right to inspect or approve the final images or their use.

    
    

• Copyright and Ownership

  • All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer (Elton Cilliers).

  • You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the images provided for self-promotion (e.g. portfolio, social media, modelling pages).

  • You agree not to sell, license, or otherwise distribute the images commercially without written consent from the photographer. This includes on subscription sites like OnlyFans for example.

  
  

• Consent and Release

  
  

  • You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • You release Elton Cilliers / The Touring Eye from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising out of the use of the photographs, including any claims for defamation or invasion of privacy.

  • You understand that this agreement is non-negotiable due to the collaborative and non-paid nature of the arrangement.

  
  

• Data Protection (UK GDPR Compliance)

  
  

  • The information provided in this form will be stored securely and used solely for communication, record-keeping, and legal verification relating to this collaboration.

  • Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

  • You acknowledge that this information and the signed release form may be retained indefinitely for legitimate business and legal purposes, including proof of consent and copyright protection.

  • While you may request access to the data held about you, you understand that deletion requests cannot be granted where the information forms part of a legally binding release or contract.

    
    

• Governing Law

  
  

  • This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
