Service Description

When you book this service, the first 20 minutes is used for us to jump on a Zoom video call so that I can get an understanding of your business, and your personality. Please ensure therefore that you are booking for a date and time that you have availability for the Zoom call. Following this call, I will then create the initial draft of the banner and send a proof to you for feedback and/or approval. You are permitted 2 change requests. Banners will be delivered within 5 working days from the initial discovery call providing timely feedback/change requests from you, if any.

Cancellation Policy

Retainers are non-refundable once paid. Should you need to reschedule, please do so at least 3 working days prior to your booking. For photoshoots proof images available within 48 hours. Edited images delivered within 5 days of your confirmed selections.
